Phraseological Units with a Zoonym Component Motivated by Stereotypes

چکیده
The article discusses Russian, Polish and Slovenian phraseological units containing the names of animals (zoonyms). aim study is to determine what extent stereotyped image animals, fixed in units, corresponds contemporary knowledge about behaviour animals. An analysis concerning a cow, bull, calf, ox, goat, sheep ram conducted. A comparison these phraseologies with data on animal reveals certain discrepancy between actual intellectual psychological capacities their units.
